TECHNICAL FABRIC LIBRARY

Fabric Finder & Running Articles

A practical construction library for sourcing conversations—plus a live area for selected running and recently developed qualities.

WEAVING CAPABILITY

Large-scale capability with sample-scale flexibility

R.N. Textiles coordinates sourcing and development through established large-scale textile manufacturers in Pakistan, with access to modern Air-Jet, projectile, Dobby and Jacquard weaving. For development work, sample-loom capability can allow very small fabric trials before bulk production, subject to yarn, construction and loom feasibility.

Small trial. Large-scale route.

Sample-loom access supports compact development trials before the selected quality moves to commercial-scale weaving. Final sample size and feasibility are confirmed project by project.

DIGITAL FABRIC INSPECTOR

Inspect representative weave structure before requesting a physical sample.

Drag to rotate, use macro zoom and change virtual lighting to explore representative weave depth, thread interaction and sheen behaviour.

These controls are representative visualization aids; they do not replace approved construction or physical samples.

MACRO ZOOM
LIGHTING

Digital construction visualization only. It supports preliminary technical evaluation; final colour, handfeel, finish, performance and exact weave appearance must be confirmed from the approved physical sample and specification.

FABRIC FINDER

Search by construction, GSM, weave and application.

Use the filters to identify a representative starting point. Final GSM, width, performance and production route are confirmed against the buyer specification and selected mill.

* Reference values are indicative, not contractual. GSM varies with yarn count, EPI/PPI, crimp, composition, sizing, processing and finishing. Loom suitability also depends on width, shedding configuration, yarn behaviour and the selected manufacturing facility. Higher thread-count fabrics, particularly T-400 and above, are project-specific and may use different buyer-agreed yarn-ply and pick-insertion/counting methods, including single-pick, double-pick (DPI), triple-pick (TPI), four-pick (4PI) or other multi-pick arrangements. The physical EPI × PPI, yarn structure and agreed thread-count methodology should therefore be confirmed for each quality.
