Reference qualities from our 70-quality library. Final construction, width and finish are confirmed with the selected mill.

4. Widths, compositions and finishes

  • Wide widths for sheeting, confirmed per mill and quality
  • Greige for your own processing, or bleached, dyed and finished
  • 100% cotton, CVC, polyester-cotton, Lyocell and bamboo blends
  • Pima and Egyptian cotton, and recycled cotton with GRS scope
  • Flame-retardant, water-repellent, anti-static and other functional treatments

5. Specify it right

A clear sheeting enquiry gives yarn count (Ne, Nm or denier), EPI × PPI, weave, finished width, GSM, shrinkage and shade. You can model the construction, check the GSM and estimate order weight in our Digital Fabric Studio, and convert yarn counts with the Yarn Count Converter.

6. Quality and compliance

Certifications such as OEKO-TEX® Standard 100, GOTS, GRS, Better Cotton, amfori BSCI, Sedex / SMETA, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ZDHC are held by the selected supplier mills. We confirm the facility, product scope and validity for each order before any claim is made, and laboratory testing can be arranged on request.

7. Frequently asked questions

Does a higher thread count always mean better sheets?

No. Yarn quality, ply, weave, density balance and finishing matter as much as the number. We compare verified constructions rather than marketing thread counts.

Can you supply greige fabric for our own processing?

Yes. We coordinate both greige and finished routes, depending on where you dye, finish and stitch.

Which widths are available?

Wide sheeting widths are available for most percale and sateen qualities; the exact width is confirmed per mill and construction at quotation stage.

Can I check GSM before sending an RFQ?

Yes. The Digital Fabric Studio gives a preliminary GSM and order-weight estimate from your yarn counts and EPI × PPI; we confirm it with the mill and a physical swatch.

Ready to discuss a program?

Send a sample, photo or specification sheet. We review the construction and propose a suitable Pakistan production route before asking you to change anything.
